Infra red sauna is beneficial for pain management in a vast amount of health problems, it reduces inflammation in the body.
Benefits: Arthritis, joint pain, back pain, relaxation, increases serotonin which can help mood, improves sleep by increasing melatonin.
Private use of the infra red sauna, includes use of the shower facilities afterwards. Towel is provided.
