KORE therapy
KORE stands for Kinaesthetic Optimum Recovery Enhancement. It is a ground breaking assessment and treatment system which intergrates the best of both Western and Eastern skills to identify and treat the root cause of a condition. It is suitable for people of any age and each treatment is tailored to the client’s specific needs. KORE Therapy works by gently mobilising and releasing restrictions throughout the whole body including the neck, spine and pelvis to promote better alignment/posture.
